Mr. Ferrell directs all estate and family law representation. He is a author and speaker on estate planning with the media, attorneys, and general public. Mr. Ferrell earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his law degree from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Ferrell holds the designation of registered investment advisor, and is licensed with the National Association of Securities Dealers. Prior to creating the Ferrell Law Firm, Mr. Ferrell was the principal and owner of Savage Ferrell and Ferrell Financial Management.
Christopher R. Johnson is an Associate Attorney of Ferrell Law Firm, PLLC, licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi. He concentrates his practice in real estate, estate planning and probate, small business, and divorce. Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his juris doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a native Memphian and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School.
Prior to attending law school, Chris enjoyed an environmental science career which included involvement with multiple state and federal Superfund sites, as well as numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-managed properties. Chris and his wife, Angie, currently have their hands full raising two sons, Aidan and Cash.
Ruchee J. Patel is an Associate Attorney of Ferrell Law Firm, PLLC and is a Tennessee estate planning, probate, family, divorce and transactional lawyer. Ms. Patel earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her law degree from The University of Mississippi School of Law. She grew up in Bolivar, TN and attended high school at The University School of Jackson. She makes her home in Memphis, TN with her Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy "Little Lady Simone Bolivar" otherwise known as Little Penguin.
Ms. Patel is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association, India Association of Memphis and Sigma Kappa Sorority.
