During this difficult transition, uncertainty is common. To promote certainty, we charge flat fees for trust administration. Depending on the complexity of the trust, our fees range from 1% to 3% of the trust assets. For our existing clients, we offer discounted trust administration fees ranging from .5% to 1.5% of the trust assets.
Our Trust and Estate Administration process begins with a no charge initial consultation. During this meeting, we give you an overview of the administration process and quote you our flat fee. If it’s a good fit for both of us and we’ve received sufficient information in advance, we can take care of the first steps of administering the estate at that time. To maximize the efficiency of our time together, we do require that you fill out our confidential Trust/Estate Administration Worksheet and return it to us with copies of the decedent’s estate planning documents at least 3 days in advance of our consultation.
